Welcome to PWMAI Apps (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at apps.pwmai.com or installing and using any of our Google Workspace add-ons, custom Apps Scripts, web applications, or software utilities (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our software.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using any software, add-ons, or custom scripts provided by PWMAI Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or organizational entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

PWMAI Apps develops productivity tools, Google Workspace add-ons (including DocuMail PRO and future utilities), dynamic automation scripts, and workflow tools designed to automate business operations directly within Google Sheets, Google Docs, Forms, and Gmail. The Services allow users to execute automated data processing, document generation, dynamic email communication, and workflow integrations.

3. Account Responsibilities & Google Account Access

Account Usage: To use our add-ons and scripts, you must authenticate using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
OAuth Permissions: Our software requests specific Google OAuth scope permissions necessary strictly to execute requested features (such as reading spreadsheet data, generating documents in Google Drive, or sending emails via Gmail). You agree to grant these permissions only for legitimate operational use.
Compliance with Google Terms: You agree to use our Services in full compliance with the Google Workspace Marketplace Terms of Service and Gmail Acceptable Use Policies.

4. Acceptable Use & Spam Restrictions

You agree not to use any PWMAI Apps software or custom scripts to:

Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam), phishing emails, or messages violating global anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM or local electronic communication regulations).
Exceed Gmail or Google Workspace daily sending/quota limits established by Google.
Process, generate, or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any add-on or script provided by PWMAI Apps unless explicitly authorized.

Responsibility for Consent & Compliance:

Our Services send only the communications you, as the account holder, configure to the recipients you designate, acting on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful consent and a lawful basis to contact each recipient, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR), Google’s Gmail Program Policies, and the Workspace Marketplace terms referenced above. PWMAI Apps does not determine, vet, or manage your recipient lists.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate access to our Services for accounts found in violation of acceptable use policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to all software, add-ons, custom scripts, code, interface designs, logos, and documentation provided by PWMAI Apps remain the exclusive intellectual property of PWMAI Apps. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any software, script, or trademark rights associated with our products.

6. User Data & Ownership

You retain 100% ownership of all data, spreadsheets, document templates, custom inputs, and recipient lists processed through our tools and add-ons. We do not claim ownership over any user content or data processed by our scripts. Your data is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

All software, add-ons, and custom scripts provided by PWMAI Apps are delivered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service and reliable performance, we do not guarantee that:

The Services will operate completely error-free or uninterrupted.
Third-party platform policies or API modifications (such as Google API updates or sending limits) will not affect performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PWMAI Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, revenues, or business opportunities—arising from your use of or inability to use any of our software, scripts, or services.

9. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWMAI Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law, including claims arising from emails or documents you generate and dispatch through the Services.

10. Modifications to Terms & Services

We reserve the right to update these Terms or modify the features of our add-ons and software at any time to reflect updates, legal requirements, or Google platform policy changes. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
