Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 31, 2026
Last Updated: July 31, 2026
At PWMAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operating through apps.pwmai.com, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal and business data. This Privacy Policy explains how our web applications, add-ons, and software tools (collectively, the “Services”) access, collect, use, process, and protect your information.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all applications, Google Workspace Add-ons, and automation tools hosted on or delivered through apps.pwmai.com (including DocuMail PRO and other current or future software applications).
2. Information We Access and Process
Depending on the specific app or service you install and authorize, our tools operate within your cloud ecosystem (such as Google Workspace) using authorized OAuth 2.0 permissions.
Our Services may request access to specific capabilities solely to deliver their intended functions:
- Google Sheets & Spreadsheets: Reading rows to fetch user data, configuration mappings, tags, or recipient information, and updating logs (e.g., execution status, timestamps, output URLs).
- Google Docs, Slides & Drive: Accessing user-designated document templates to replace placeholder tags (
{{Tag}}), generating merged files/PDFs, and storing outputs in specified storage folders. - Email Services (e.g., Gmail): Generating, composing, and dispatching personalized emails and document attachments on your behalf according to user-configured triggers.
- Account Credentials & Basic Profile Data: Reading your email address and basic profile information to authenticate your account and manage active subscriptions or usage tiers.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process user data strictly to deliver, maintain, and improve the specific core functionalities of the application you are using. Specifically, data is used to:
- Automate document generation, data merging, and workflow dispatches.
- Store generated assets in user-designated locations within your cloud account.
- Provide real-time execution logs, error tracking, and status reports within the application interface.
- Deliver customer support and technical assistance upon request.
4. Data Storage and Retention Principles
- Zero External Data Logging: Our applications do not store, copy, or retain your operational business data, customer lists, template contents, or email body text on external servers.
- Direct Cloud Execution: All data processing, file creation, and communication dispatches occur directly between your authenticated account and the respective platform servers (e.g., Google Apps Script runtime / Google Workspace APIs).
- Local Workspace Properties: App configuration settings (such as tag mappings, field preferences, and trigger options) are saved within your account’s secure local app storage or user properties provided by the host platform.
5. Data Sharing, Selling, and Disclosure
- No Third-Party Sales: We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or operational data under any circumstances.
- No Transfers to Advertisers: We do not transfer your data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
- No AI Model Training: Your content, document data, spreadsheet values, and email communications are never used to train machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
6. Managing and Deleting Your Data
Our applications are designed to leave your data where it belongs, inside the systems you already use (such as your Google Workspace, ERP, or other platform accounts). Our tools generally do not store copies of your business or personal data on external servers.
Depending on the specific application, you can manage or delete application-generated data at any time by:
- Clearing Status Logs & Columns: Clearing or deleting the columns, tables, or data fields added to your spreadsheets, documents, or system records (e.g., execution status, log messages, or output links).
- Removing App Configurations: Deleting saved configurations, presets, or templates directly through the application’s user interface.
- Deleting Output Files: Deleting generated documents, PDFs, or exported files from your chosen storage location (e.g., Google Drive or local storage).
- Disabling Automations: Removing or disabling any scheduled time-driven triggers or background automations created on your behalf.
- Revoking App Access: Uninstalling the application and revoking its OAuth access permissions through your account security settings (e.g., via Google Account Security > Third-party Access).
Because each application interacts with different data structures, detailed step-by-step instructions are published directly on each product’s support page.
7. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Applications under apps.pwmai.com that request access to Google API user data adhere strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to these requirements without exception.
8. Data Security
We leverage industry-standard security measures and OAuth 2.0 protocol standards to ensure your account credentials are never exposed to our servers. Because processing occurs directly within your cloud provider’s enterprise infrastructure, your data remains protected under their native enterprise-grade security protocols.
You may review and revoke access permissions for any of our applications at any time through your account’s security settings (e.g., Google Account Permissions Manager).
9. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically as we release new applications or update existing features. Updates will be published directly to this page on apps.pwmai.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.
